VSP has been specializing in instrumentation products for process automation since 1996, cooperating with suppliers and manufacturers around the world.
Comprehensively investing every year in VSP development, in professional advancement of specialists, we strive to work at a new level, keeping in mind basic principles — competence, professionalism, quality and long-term strategy.

VSP 25 years.

On September 19, 1996, VSP Company was registered with the Moscow Registration Chamber. Today, in 2021, we are getting ready to celebrate 25 years of the company's work.

Of course, for the employees this is an important stage in the history of VSP. On the one hand, time flies quickly. Which way another five years have passed, what we have managed to do, what the achievements are... on the other hand, for each of us, for VSP employees, work is not only achievements, victories, projects or difficulties… but also feelings and emotions, self-awareness as part
of the team, relationships with colleagues, future prospects.

Instrumentation products: what is more important — quality or price?

Obviously, the question is quite a rhetorical one. In critical applications where HAVI Engineering instrumentation products are used, no one would indulge in such reflections: guaranteed reliability is the basis for interaction with the end user; favorable commercial terms, competitive price are important, but in addition. For VSP, as for a company which has been specializing on projects in instrumentation products for 28 years, the quality level of products is in the focus, which requires effort, time, and regular rechecking. This is the only way we can be sure that technical solutions and products offered to end users in various applications comprehensively meet the full range of terms and conditions: (1) reliability and safety, compliance with the stated technical specifications, (2) compliance with standards and availability of approvals for the offered products and, ultimately, (3) the price that meets the budget framework.

2019 — VSP specialists contact the manufacturer, HAVI Engineering, for the first time in India.
2021 — HAVI Engineering, India, products tested by an independent laboratory.
2024 — comprehensive testing and examination of 10 suppliers and manufacturers of instrumentation products represented in Russia.

In 2024 VSP generated an all-inclusive report on the suppliers and manufacturers of instrumentation products operating in Russia — HAVI Engineering, DK-Lok, Hy-Lok, Cir-Lok, Panam, S-Lok, Fitok, Elemer, Rizur, Dinamika, and some other companies too — based on the criteria as follows: (1) technical characteristics, (2) compliance with the industry standards and availability of approvals, (3) prices.

VSP task is to offer the customer instrumentation products that fully meet the criteria of choice and conditions for successful, reliable and long-term operation. The feasibility study of HAVI Engineering instrumentation products is an objective foothold in the VSP project approach.

We think that VSP is not just a company. VSP is a platform, on which basis every employee can realise his or her potential and be successful.

VSP specializes in instrumentation products, and as part of the project approach, the company cooperates with a number of manufacturers and suppliers. The final stage of our work is the delivery of equipment to the customer, i.e. sale. Obviously, until the moment of sale, until the moment when the customer is ready to make a decision and make a choice in favor of one or another technical solution and, ultimately, choose a supplier, a lot of work needs to be done.

The development program, marketing and sales are three key stages and competencies that allow VSP employees to achieve results.

VSP educational program.

Ultimately, the company's culture, in the broadest sense of the word, determines its future potential. One of the key objectives of the Development Program is to help each VSP specialist take the next step, move to a new qualitative level of work. Relevant professional knowledge is the key that is designed to ensure the transition.

The training program has been in operation at VSP since the very beginning of the company's work, since 1996. The main asset of VSP is the knowledge and experience that specialists accumulate.
Ultimately, it is important for the customer to solve his technical problem within the framework of the project, whether it is the choice of a "simple" fitting or the introduction of a precision sampling system. An incompetent team cannot count on a successful position in the ecosystem.

Realizing the importance of further qualitative development of the company's services, since 2015 the approach to the Training Program has been radically revised. Clearly realizing that only the level of knowledge of specialists can provide a growth strategy, VSP began to increase the pace of training, as well as revised the quality level of relevant practices. In other words, the company has taken an unambiguous course to develop the knowledge of the team.
At the end of 2017, the company conducted a number of internal interviews; all employees were interviewed in order to form an optimal individual development program for each.
It is from December 2017 that a conditional countdown of the action of the Development Program, the next evolutionary level of the previously existing Training Program, can be conducted. The development program takes into account not only the training plan, but is a "roadmap" for a specialist, for his professional and career growth, following which you can ultimately expand your personal potential. The application is certainly serious; but a lot of work is underway.
