Rules Help to Work Efficiently Even at ‘Times of Change’.
The concept of ‘regulation’ can mean something exclusively formal or bureaucratic, and in some cases, on the contrary, can serve as a source of answers and relevant advice based on work experience.
As it is customary in a particular company, the set of VSP regulations—the source of verified recommendations—has been growing year after year. Many conditions and rules, not always formulated in a straightforward and clear way over the years have turned into something opposite to the very essence and purpose of the company's ‘code of all rules—the regulations have become ‘clumsy’ and, ultimately, meaningless, since it has become difficult to navigate them further. In order not to lose the basics and principles in the working process, from time to time it is still worth clarifying the framework conditions. We have formulated brief and basic working principles that we adhere to in our work practice. And the details—the details of the regulations are clear cut in the company's WIKI cloud.

Any other conditions must be agreed with the supervisor. Similar conditions apply to the preparation of contracts, specifications, purchase orders, etc.
Business trips and meetings. Employees prepare for business trips and meetings: they clearly fix goals, check the availability of all required information materials, the efficiency and proper visual appearance of demonstration samples. Prior the meeting, the employee must make sure that the computer and the presentation application are fully functional; all essential details related to the upcoming meeting—for example, such as the full name, contact details and address of the customer's representative are available, ...—as well as the presentation material should be in a printed form.
Projects large and small. A small project—up to 1 million rubles. The average project is from 1 to 10 million rubles. Mandatory coordination with the DMS in accordance with the current power of attorney for the right to represent the interests of VSP. A large project—starting with 10 million rubles. Mandatory coordination with the DMS. A Special project is any appropriately marked project. Mandatory coordination with the DMS. In most cases, the advice of a colleague and the appropriate tactics of participation in the project will only increase the chances of winning.

Regulations. Employees follow the requirements of these regulations in their daily work practice. If an employee considers it necessary to make any changes or additions to the regulations, the employee should prepare and send the appropriate proposals to the supervisor in writing. In all other respects, in their daily work, employees adhere to the recommendations and rules of the complete version of the VSP regulations.
