The task of VSP, as we see it, is to provide the customer with the best solution for instrumentation products, but not limited to the particular application: products are used in a wide range of different industries, ranging from historically well-known to us enterprises of the oil and gas sector, metallurgy and power industry, up to niche tasks of research laboratories.
What does the best mean? We consider three key components as priorities.
(1) Full compliance with the technical requirements of the project, which means a solution that ensures safe, reliable and long-lasting operation.
Proven quality implies the availability of international, Russian and industry-specific approvals, unconditionally certifying compliance with the standards. In addition, as we have repeatedly noted, VSP practices testing and examination of instrumentation products from suppliers and manufacturers with whom the company cooperates, both on the basis of independent laboratories in Russia and on our own.
(2) VSP strives to provide the customer with the best offer from a commercial point of view. And we do not just succeed—there isn’t any single open bidding in our experience where we would not have won! Not a single one!
(3) Delivery time. It's not easy to be the best and the first all over. But we endeavour. In practice rather than in word, making real efforts—we invest money, knowledge, and time in the development of the VSP warehouse in Moscow.
‘Same day’ deliveries from the VSP warehouse in Moscow obviously imply the need for equipment in stock. We analyze projects regularly, of course including those that have not been implemented due to long lead time. Restocking of the VSP warehouse in Moscow is done on a regular basis, but with account of the wide product range required in projects, this is not an easy task at all. Some item from the long list of specifications won’t be available for sure.
Special warehouse programs aimed at meeting the requirements of minimum delivery time for specific framework customers, such as, for example, Metran or INC (Irkutsk Oil Company), or Gazprom-MNPZ... In such a case, it is much easier to predict the need of the customer, taking into account his certain well-established ‘habits’.
FGZ is a guarantee replacement fund. This abbreviation was introduced into business practice by VSP a long time ago, but of course it is still valid today. Different practical situations happen, sometimes there are claims, and the need for post-warranty customer support as well—we try to foresee such cases and form the necessary warehouse base that allows us to promptly provide proper service and support for VSP projects.

If the customer is not ready to adapt to the VSP offer—which often defines the best balance of value for money in the market—we are ready to take a step forward by developing the company's warehouse program!
