Going on with a long-standing Company tradition to nominate and celebrate specialists who have shown distinctive results during the year, VSP summed up work in 2020. Every year there are two candidates considered for two nominations — The Employee of the Year and The Brightest Employee.
The Employee of the Year is no doubt the main nomination, and to be honoured with such a choice is not a simple job at all.
The Company chooses The Employee of the Year starting with 2004, and so, the terms and procedure for candidates evaluation are settled.
As before the main criteria are as follows: (1) a distinctive approach to work during the year, an input into the Company development; (2) personal professional growth, including certain achievements in terms of the VSP Educational Program; (3) Loyalty to the Company, involvement in the process at various levels, both in daily operations and making an input in the development and improvement of business processes.

We are glad to advise that Marina Smirnova was declared The Employee of the Year 2020!
The Brightest Employee. Though there is some share of irony in the Company as to the perception of this nomination, to reach the level of achievements throughout the year — the task is not an easy one. A VSP Educational Program covers many various practices: English language study; 5% practice, in terms of which the specialists may use 5% of working hours to get acquainted with professional literature; regular special reports for colleagues on industry articles by McKinsey; the so-called regular Lift-test practice (typical FAQs or situations we come across working with customers, on which the specialists practice their answers). Based on the whole combination of results of the Educational Program for the passed year, the Company defines its choice of «The Brightest».
We are glad to advise that summing up 2020 resulted in recognizing Ivan Perepelyatnik «The Brightest Employee»!
Our congratulations to the colleagues on achievements in the last year! Wishing the whole team new success in 2021!
